30 min from city center – snail farm tour, tasting & wine, a unique Song Contest experience
Escape the crowds and discover Vienna’s most unique farm-to-table experience. Just 30 minutes from the city center (U1 + bus 16A), visit the Gugumuck snail farm. Our English-guided tour takes you through heliciculture and market gardening. Learn how we farm, harvest and create fine cuisine. The experience ends with a curated snail tasting and a glass of Austrian wine – authentic, local and unforgettable.
After the tour, enjoy our fun snail oracle: 26 snails, each marked with a finalist’s flag, race to predict the winner – the first to reach the outer ring is our tip.
