Restaurant sales
At the “Regional aufgetischt” event in 2016, Austrian Minister Andrä Rupprechter gave us the Award for Living Partnership between restaurants (AMA-Gastrosiegel Regionplus) and producers. We are also part of Austria’s Culinary Heritage.
We deliver the following products to Vienna restaurants twice a week:
60 Vienna Escargot (helix pomatia or aspersa maxima), frozen
30 g Escargot caviar or liver in glass
60 pcs. sterile Vienna Escargot shells
We supply restaurants in other regions and in Germany with freshly cooked Vienna Escargot by mail. In Austria 4.90 EUR.
