NEW DIRECTIONS IN AGRICULTURE

The Future Farm on the Gugumuck Farm is showing us new and sustainable directions in agriculture. At Andreas Gugumuck’s initiative, an interdisciplinary group of nutritional and agricultural scientists, landscape planners, industry designers (Livinstudio), and researchers have come together to discuss the promising topic of nutrition, agriculture, and sustainability in the future.

Our think tank is working on exciting new approaches to alternative agriculture, and is made up by a broad range of important players in agriculture and cuisine.

FOOD OF THE FUTURE

From an ecological, physiological, and scientific point of vie, we are convinced that perennial plants, mushrooms, snails, and insects will be important sources of food in the future. We are currently planning to set up an innovative educational garden on the topic at the Gugumuck Farm.
