Chef Dominik Hayduck serves a new 6-course meal with seasonal ingredients each month in our delightful show kitchen.
The bistro seats only 28 guests and is open three Fridays a month, making an early reservation strongly recommended. We have a large chefÔÇÖs table with 8-10 seats and 5 tables with 4 seats each.
